How the Virgin Birth Refutes Islam

i still dont understand HOW accepting the virgin birth of Prophet Jesus Pbuh can refute islamic standpoint which is against Trinity/Deity of Jesus/God begets..

A. Jesus was a male child and thus had both an X and a Y chromosome

B. Mary, being a female, can only supply an X chromosome.

C. So where did the Y chromosome come from?

D. It was supplied by the Holy Spirit:

The angel answered and said to her, "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; and for that reason the holy Child shall be called the Son of God. Luke 1:35

The Child, Jesus, is called, the "Holy" Child because He was begotten by the Holy Spirit, the power of the Most High, and Jesus is called the Son of God because the Holy Spirit is God. Thus John 1:18:

No one has seen God at any time; the only begotten God who is in the bosom of the Father, He has explained Him.

Thus God begets, Jesus is God, and Jesus as God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit are both members of the Trinity, along with the Father.

This refutes these three Surahs:

1. Say: Praise be to Allah, who begets no son Surah 17:111

2. Say not: "Three (trinity)!" Cease! Surah 4:171

3. They do blaspheme who say: "Allah is Christ the son of Mary" Surah 5:72
